Note: if you are staying an extended time and need sheets changed and a cleaning, the cost for one time is $100 for one bedroom/house or $120 for two bedrooms/house.
(To the right: The Cowboy bedroom is the default bedroom for 1-2 people/one bedroom because it has a TV and the thermostat. :) It's bigger than photo could portray.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
There is a $200 Damage Deposit which is totallly refundable if house and contents are in good condition when you leave, or doesn't require more than the standard cleaning we do between guests! So far, all our wonderful lodgers have given the utmost respect to the charming house and furniture! You are appreciated! :) :)
(Examples of damage: holes in walls, water damage, staining on couches/bedspreads/chairs, etc, missing items, broken items or furniture, broken doors/screens, amything causes unusual or extra cleaning...etc.
RENTERS MUST BE 21 YEARS or older. Children
must be accompanied by adults.
All funds due in full at time of reservation.
