ABOUT THE OWNERS
Monte and Janie fell in love with this house as much as they did the historic old oak trees! Janie is a 5th generation Texan on her mother's side whose ancestors first arrived right after the Alamo. Their first homestead was on the southeast side of San Antonio, then Uvalde and Bracketville---not too far from Fredericksburg. On her Father's side, her ancestors settled in Garland, Texas near Dallas. She's proud of her Texas heritage.
Monte is from Moab, Utah but fits in well with his cowboy hat and country values.
You will see some of Janie's grape collection in the house, as well as her love of old antique photos!
